What happens if you cancel, and what happens if we do.

Cancelling your booking

You can cancel up to 60 days before the start date for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start are non-refundable. By that point we have committed time and resources to preparing your trip — permits, lodges, guides and flights are booked on your behalf.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund and we tell you as soon as we know.

Weather and other things nobody controls

Mountains, flights and weather do what they do. In the event of weather, force majeure or transport disruption we may adjust the schedule. If the expedition cannot run at all, you are refunded in full.

Deposits

Where a departure offers it, you can secure your place with a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due by the deadline shown at checkout. Cancel before that deadline and only the deposit is kept; after it, the full amount is non-refundable.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page removes rights you have under Spanish and EU law, which apply whatever a contract says.
